Michael and I are departing for Paris and London in just over a week's time. We will spend four days in Paris, take the Chunnel Train to London and spend an additional four nights there.
Next up is a trip to California. We will drive from San Diego to San Francisco on the coast highway and visit with Michael's sister, nephew and his wife for Halloween and the following weekend.
Toward the end of November we are scheduled to take a Caribbean cruise. We weren't originally planing any other travel this year but our cruise travel agent offered us a really good deal. Additionally, we will have the opportunity to see some of Michael's very old friends.
Michael and I made a couple of road trips in July and August to various National Parks and Monuments. We stayed home in September so we were here in Boulder for the remarkable flood event earlier in this month. Fortunately our damage was limited to some ground water seepage into the lower level of the house. Unlike most of our neighbors, we did not have wall to wall carpet installed so the property damage was minimal.
